Just like we open the windows, let fresh air into our homes, this season invites us to pause, reflect, and reset within ourselves. A spring cleanse can be an opportunity to gently clear what no longer serves and reconnect with what truly matters.

During this creative spring workshop, we will take time to:

• Pause and reflect on the past months

• Transition intentionally into spring

• Explore what feels ready to be released and what you would like to create space for

• Reconnect with your inner clarity for the coming months

• Express your thoughts and emotions through abstract painting

• Translate your reflection into color, shape, and movement on canvas

No painting experience is needed -  this workshop is about curiosity, expression, and creative exploration.
